1/2 Cup Sourdough Starter
Or, 1/3 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Pinch Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
1 Tbsp Creole Seasoning (extra kick)
6 Cups Chicken Broth
2/3 Cup Whole Milk (or heavy cream for extra creaminess
